• Provide scholarships to local graduating high school seniors

• Hold weekly prayer conference calls every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6:30 a.m.

• Lead a monthly 24-hour prayer session

• Host quarterly empowerment luncheons

• Organize an annual leadership retreat

• Facilitate monthly online seminars and workshops

Who We Are

We are a purpose driven, 501c3 nonprofit organization, serving communities in the name of Christ. Our focus is on youth, teenagers, and empowering women in leadership. Our unity in spiritual, financial, and resourceful aspects underpins our impactful service.

Our motto is Leading to SERVE. Our mission and purpose is serving youth and teenage students by offering scholarships to graduating seniors and providing necessities to all school age students via back to school projects. We also empower women from all walks of life. We further accept and embrace the clarion call to stand in the gap for the foundation of our families.

Meet The Founder

Welcome, welcome, welcome! Blessed be the name of the LORD (YAHWEH)! If I may acknowledge the LORD (YAHWEH) first and foremost as the FOUNDER and CEO of this great organization, the Lord’s Leading Ladies, I’m just a vessel HE used from April to July 2022 in becoming an established 501C3 Non-Profit Organization consisting of pastors wives, ministers wives, business owners, business leaders, women pastors, and women ministers to name a few.

Proverbs 3:5-6 tells us to TRUST in the LORD (YAHWEH) with ALL our heart by leaning not to our own understanding. ACKNOWLEDGING HIM in ALL our ways as HE PROMISES to direct our path.

The LORD has indeed directed our paths and we look forward to what’s to come as we humbly continue serving resourcefully, financially, socially, and spiritually for the cause of CHRIST (YESHUA).

As the Lord's Leading Ladies, we believe in the power of prayer. Just as the prophet Habakuk, stationed himself on the watchtower to hear from the LORD, we embrace the call to stand and watch for our community.

We are led to petition for our children and youth, with a heart for our young, black males. We believe they are destined for greatness, and we stand against every obstacle to their success. Whether you are a mother praying for children, a young adolescent seeking guidance, or a leader needing strength, we are here to petition the Throne of Grace with you. If you need a breakthrough or just a few words of encouragement, please share your request with us below.
